Men's vintage ring, silver with loose gold nuggets and small ruby

Long shot. A few years ago my father's ring was lost in Valencia california. It's a silver thick band, vintage ring, the face having an odd shape with loose gold nuggets and a small ruby. The fact that this ring went missing still makes me sick but I've never lost hope it will return. Was either lost at calarts or somewhere around Stevenson Ranch.. possibly pets mart back in fall 2009. Please help. Priceless family ring and father is gone.
